The Navigator Employment Workshop delivers a participative, practical & comprehensive skill-building experience with a proven curriculum. Along with helping clients develop effective job search strategies and build the skills necessary to succeed in increasingly rigorous selection processes, Navigator goes a step further by assisting clients deal head-on with the stress that often accompanies the loss of employment.

Depending on location and the number of participants, the Navigator Employment Workshop is conducted either at the Navigator Career Center or at a convenient off-site location near the client's facility.
Regardless of location, Navigator assigns each client a professional career advisor with qualifications that include extensive human resources experience and direct accountability for recruiting & hiring decisions. Leveraging real world knowledge of what it takes to secure gainful employment, our advisors provide flexible, high quality & individualized services to meet the needs of non-executive participants. Utilizing the personal change management lessons so powerfully shared in Dr. Spencer Johnson's bestselling book Who Moved My Cheese?, each client receives a copy and eight 30 minute subsequent coaching sessions with a career advisor.
