Developed for highly promotable management & staff at all levels of an organization, the Navigator Accelerated Leadership Development Program is available anywhere in the U.S., Canada, & Caribbean. The program is designed to be minimally disruptive to the participants’ current responsibilities and evolves over the course of three interrelated phases:

Participants are initially evaluated through an array of assessment tools and reviews of past & current performance before attending an intensive and highly collaborative offsite session. The session conveys insightful leadership best practices and is facilitated by Navigator advisors along with select adjunct resources including our Ph.D. Organizational Psychology expert. In collaboration with the client senior management team, participants are encouraged to establish valuable resource networks within the organization.

 

Unlike some firms that offer “make believe” exercises (e.g., packaged “In Box” management techniques, fabricated scenarios for invoking stress, etc.), participants are assigned real organizational or operational issues that have been identified by senior management as requiring immediate attention. Participants and key executives are coached throughout the duration of the program which cumulates with the presentation of project team solutions to the senior management team. Given the favorable affect the offset session can have on retention efforts, a desirable offsite location is highly recommended to recognize participants for outstanding performance, future leadership potential and to foster esprit de corps.
